Yes, although it won't be as crispy. I don't know the time conversion, though. The oven will probably take longer, although I don't know for sure.

Yes, you can use the oven. Just make sure you turn the oven fan on, and you probably need to increase the oven temperature a little bit or leave it in the oven for the full 15 minutes or slightly longer.
