Yes. In general, with giving advice, we have to remember that most people are new at this and may take our words more literally than we intend. Like the girl who pulled the egg shells out of the garbage, washed them so carefully, blended them as fine as possible and added them to her pecan pie because the instructions stated: "pour in shells". She had never heard of "pie shells" before. God bless you all!

In the instructions says to partially bake the crust (blind bake) Hope this help.
