Do you have any recommendation for super simple recipe with the wow factor?

I am hosting a dinner party for my friends and I would appreciate ideas and attached recipes.

if they like salmon I am obsessed with the skinnytaste basil parmesan crusted salmon, so easy and tastes great, I follow the oven instructions

Stuffed chicken is one of my favorites, pretty simple but has a bit of wow factor when you cut into the chicken to reveal all the delicious stuffing.

This risotto is one of my go-tos. Super simple but always tastes great. And if you serve on a bed of rocket you can up the presentation factor!
