Adding meat?

If I was too add a bit of meat to this, would it still taste good?? (Asking for people who don't eat veggie burgers)

I had mine with a slice of smoked Canadian bacon and it was delicious. I don't see the point of adding meat into the mix tho, the flour give it the substantial "meatiness"......unless you want to sub the beans and flour for some minced meat 🤷

I guess you could add meat, but I would recommend just making a normal beef patty because of what Pavan Vaswani says. However, I haven't actually managed to try this recipe myself, is it any good?

It is awesome. Definitely lives up to its name. We were stuck on black bean burgers from Costco. This one tastes better and freezes well too and don't miss the meat at all.
