Hello everyone! What japanese snack/finger food do you enjoy most?
This community grew so much thank you everyone🥰🥺

For me, I like having a beer (or two :P) with tempura! Such a good combo. I'm adding a recipe here so you can check it out!
Tip: It's good to drop one or two ice cubes into the batter. The cold batter prevents the flour to absorb the oil too much. It can make the tempura crispy and light!
I have separate answers for this one! Sweet snack: I’m a sucker for those kasugai fruit gummies (I love the lychee). Also, it’s a classic but roasted nori is such a satisfying savory/salty/crunchy snack! And for a snack sized item - I love onigiri! I haven’t tried making them yet (there’s a shop near me that sells them) but someone posted this recipe and I’m eager to try it!
