I struggle with everyone being happy. My husband doesn't like a lot of noodles in his meals and my daughter is a picky eater. Any suggestions?

Invite them to help cook a few meals! The rule in our house is if you didn’t help then you can’t complain, or you’re in charge for the next meal! It can also give you guys an opportunity to make cooking a fun past time activity as a family!
