Yes! Probiotics are a wonderful way to boost gut health. Other than supplements, you can add yogurts to certain recipes or look for recipes that already include yogurt. Smoothies, fresh fruit parfaits, and bowls of yogurt with granola for added fiber and protein. Try yogurt instead of milk or cream in your oatmeal and other hot cereals.
