Fodmap recipes are less irritating I find. But definitely blander foods - low on acidity, fodmaps, and more fiber. Surprisingly fodmaps isnt too difficult once you get the hang of it. There are great apps for it. And its really easy to convert recipes

Lately, it's all been water and tea and lighter calories or not eating because I just can't but I do drink water and keep up with that

The seed thing has recently been debunked, though it was commonly advised not to eat them for years. My gastro said that in my particular situation, high fiber was too aggravating. Gastro diseases are so personal! If your gastro specialist can't give you suggestions (mine was pretty useless in this regard) then check with your PCP or other specialists to see if they know if anyone who can help. Personally, I'm going to try reducing inflammation by cutting out certain foods then slowly reintroduce to see if I feel better (altered autoimmune protocol). I know my whole abdomen is irritated and my labs are showing signs of inflammation, so I'm hoping if I eliminate some trigger foods it'll get better. Best of luck to you. I know this didn't answer your actual question, but my goal was to show that every single set of circumstances is slightly different and to may need to figure things out slowly. 😞
