I'm not sure what your diet is but I would suggest to stop buying like chips and those junk food snacks and replace them with fruit and try rice cakes with toppings. I tried the rice cakes this week and they are really filling and you can eat them without feeling guilty afterwards! You can top these with really anything! I like mashed avocado, cherry tomatoes and some chia seeds with mine! you can also do almond butter with banana and chia seeds or flaxseeds! you can also make some overnight oats the night before and have a jar or two for whenever your hungry and don't want to cook, so you don't go for sugary sweets!

You can do a similar recipe that is healthier. For example, replace your normal cookie Dough to a recipe that is packed with protein and use dark chocolate instead of Milk chocolate.

Pack your meals full of fresh veggies and fruit that you actually like, then gradually incorporate new fresh whole food items. Also hydrate with as much water as you can during the day. It helps flush out toxins (cravings) and floods your cells with what they need. Rule of thumb for water is half your body weight in ounces.

I have modified my nutrition plan to include all macros in appropriate portions which helps ward off weird cravings. my supplements help fill nutritional gaps, and help with appetite/cravings. I lost over 100 pounds learning how to eat according to my goals instead of eating out of hunger and desperation.

Baby steps. I have a killer sweet tooth. I have Incorporated vegetables and fruit and legumes to my diet. I love oatmeal so I do still put a bit of sugar in. sweets are very hard to get off of especially if you've been eating them your whole life. just try to give yourself a little slack. nothing happens overnight if you do mess up try to forgive yourself there's always tomorrow to start over. 🌻

Find healthier alternatives/ substitutes. Like pizza? Try Cauliflower crust or a big Portobello Mushroom as the base. Like Tacos, use lettuce leaves instead of a shell. Like ice cream, blend up some frozen fruit with water or milk. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the gist.
