Most Romantic Cuisine
Valentines is just around the corner and I would like to prepare a candlelight dinner for my husband. What is the most romantic cuisine that you can think of? What should I cook?

Anything that takes some extra effort/time, shows some love to me. It also depends on what foods he loves. Italian isn't romantic if you didn't bespokely choose it to his tastes.
In my case, I would do scallops for a starter, then roasted Peking duck pancakes with hoisen sauce and a lemon tart for dessert.

@Kathryn, he eats everything! I would like to try something new. We always have Asian cuisine.
@Charchar I'm thinking of steak but steaks are hard to perfect. Maybe, I'll experiment on something Mexican. I think all types of cuisines can be romantic just have to choose the dishes and the presentation 🍷
