Favorite mushrooms to cook with?

For me fall means eating lots of mushrooms. I'm planning to go mushroom foraging this fall, and where I live we can find oyster, morchella and porcini. What are your favorite mushrooms to use, or a mushroom based recipe?

Chanterelle! I absolutely adore eating them with eggs and when it's the season for them I love to prepare this recipe. You can also buy frozen but it's not the same thing! :)
