Anyone have a rather healthy pizza dough recipe. Open to many options

This is a pretty simple dough and there’s whole wheat flour in it so it’s about as healthy a gluten based dough you can get. Really pizza gets unhealthy when you pile on the cheese even plant based cheese has lots of fats usually. If you’re gluten sensitive there’s some grain free options I can give you too. But if you go easy on the fats and processed things pizza can be extremely healthy, delicious and filling. I’ll post along with this a cheese sauce that I love and is very very healthy and has almost no oil in it that makes an amazing Mexican style pizza. But with a basic dough the only limitations to a healthy pizza is your taste buds and imagination!
This cheese sauce is very versatile. Just add a thin layer and pile on things like black beans, tomatoes, seasoned tofu or tempeh, onion, cilantro, jalapeños, black olives, a little hot sauce or salsa and a bit of lime juice and you have an amazing pie!
