@Stuart, I am so curious about mint custard! Even when I lived in England for a year I never saw this. Is this traditional?

It looks and sounds disgusting but as a child of the 70s (gulp) it was one of the best things about British school meals! I've never seen or actually eaten it since I left school but it remember it fondly :0)
