Well, I really like chicken with some vegetables. my favourite are cauliflower and broccoli, so you can try something like that, here is a recipe that I have used!

for me it's carrots, potatoes, and onions. I usually just use a packet of dry beef soup seasoning in a cup of water, poured over it. I baste it occasionally during baking.
