I believe Whisk automatically calculates it and that you can not add it yourself. If you don't see nutrition one the ingredient is not caught by Whisk so try to edit it, it worked for me for one recipe.

To add nutrition information to a recipe you've posted in the database, simply go to the recipe details page and look for the 'Edit' option.
