Cheese on Mediterranean Diet

What type of cheese do you use most often on Mediterranean Diet? I'm usually eating feta and parmesan, and I want to try out something new these days :)

My favourite all time cheese is Caprakas It’s a semi hard goats cheese and you can have it on so many things!
