My question is I'm on the go constantly and I love taquitos especially homemade now my question is do they freeze well because do I cook them before bake them before I put them in the freezer or not I even might make my own homemade tortillas and

Hi, I am no expert but I think it's better to freeze them baked or even better partially baked. That way they will not get burned when you reheat them in the oven.
