I'll go first! I don't buy brown sugar anymore - I make it! Molasses lasts forever and it's easier to make on demand. I've done it both with my stand mixer and with a fork!
I use sparkling water in panacake, crepe and waffle batter to make them fluffier 😊

Make crumble topping in advance (without butter, so it is non-perishable) so i can have an apple crumble in my belly in no time! 🥧🥰

spray pam and then wipe with a paper towel before pouring any batter in a metal pan, I'm not shure about glass bc I havent tried it yet. doing this will make everything slide right out with minimal effort
