Growing up in pennadutch country, nothing's quite like apple dumplings (found a recipe similar to the way I make them). A bit of a sugar bomb, they're worth it. Serve hot in a bowl of warm milk or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Best part is the apple caramel that seeps out of the dumplings as they bake - super sticky and super good!
