I love roasting or sauteing brussels sprouts with garlic, salt, and pepper until they just start to turn golden brown. The bad taste comes from overcooking, so enjoy a firmer veg for a better taste!

Agree on oven roasting both. I toss with olive oil, salt and pepper and some balsamic vinegar.
