Starting carb cycling. Any suggestions for a decent meal plan?

Hey, I do not have any meal plan but here is what I do :) I eat more carbs on days when I train. So for example I will eat 100g of oats + 150g of berries + protein powder after training, and on days when I do not train I will eat 200-300g of potatoes or 70g of rice (measured before cooking) for lunch.

Yeah that's what I've been doing on training days, just new to it so any ideas are welcomed. Thanks
