Try using fresh yeast :) as for a dip I like to keep it basic - olive oil and fresh herbs!

Don't overwork the dough! :) Over kneaded dough will result in rock-hard focaccia. The mark of good focaccia is the air pockets you see in the crumb. Try out this recipe: fluffy inside, crispy outside. :)
