Noodle water required before starting noodles?
Recipe says add 1/2 cup of noodle water, but after, then start noodles? Is it 1/2 cup of water, or start noodles first, and add finished water? Or 1/2 cup of noodle water while they are cooking? Either way, doing noodles first.
