Can I like make them and no bake them so I can freshly do it for a lunch the next day? I just won’t have the time to do it on the day, I thought about doing it the night before, but then what would be the best way to storage them?

Maybe you can try to freeze and then store them in an airtight container? When you are ready to bake just let them thaw in the refrigerator before baking.
