I work from home but sometimes I don't have enough time to prepare my lunch and I am tired of ordering in. Any suggestions on what I can make in a short amount of time?

This a bit more than 30 minutes but you don't need to do a lot :) just put in the oven.
smoked salmon is my go-to for a quick lunch. I have it on a bagel, crackers, cucumber slices, or jicama wraps depending on how healthy I'm trying have to be. sometimes I add cream cheese, tomatoes, onion, and capers. other times I'll just use a cauliflower jalapeño sauce I like from Trader Joe's.
