Baked Feta Pasta

SO GOOD I thought people were hyping this up too much but it is so good. Doesn't need a single thing.

Yummy recipe. Also roasted some capscium, carrot, red onion and garlic and added all the ingredients in the blender. Added roasted capscium hummus too

This is incredible. I may eat the whole pan before the kids and DH get home!!

Added some baked chicken

Very easy recipe and tastes great. I may experiment with adding other ingredients in the future.

I added sliced pepperoni that I diced up. And the only feta available at my grocery store was crumbled tomato basil. I also forgot to save the pasta water so I used cream instead. It was amazing

Treat Meal! 😋 Replaced thyme with basil, did not use lemon. Made it again, still delicious!

Basic recipe was awesome. Great with whole garlic cloves and quartered shallots. Add bacon towards the end of the roast for extra goodness.

This was delicious, and nice and easy to make. It seems like some ingredient is missing to make it even better, so next time I'll add zucchini, that's my secret, I add zucchini in every meal. I am so sneaky. 😇
