In search for a pumpkin recipe

They don’t really have pumpkins in the Mediterranean they have other squash’s like butternut though so maybe search for those instead and then substitute?

I dont see a reason to restrict yourself if it is healthy and follows the guidelines to inform healthy eating. You can put it in curry, chili, oatmeal, and other food recipes. I say give it a go. Mediterranean diet does not mean never eating healthy foods from other regions and cultures.
