I would say yes. You can have it on a cheat day, which you should have AT MOST 4 times a month(so once a week) and at least once or twice a month(once every two weeks). I can find some dessert recipes for you if you'd like. I would just need to know if you have any dietary restrictions(i.e. food allergies), dietary preferences(i.e. low-fat, low-carb, or gluten-fee), or medical conditions/concerns(i.e. diabetes).
