A little confused…
How do you make the crumbled ? Do you just lightly the butter, flour and sugar and then crumble it.?

In instructions it mentions to create the crumble (step 2); 'In a small bowl combine the crumble ingredients with a fork until it forms a crumbly texture.' And then on step 8 '... Top each muffin with a couple cubes of cream cheese and a generous spoonful of crumble.' After that you just proceed to bake :)
