Single serving dessert suggestions?

Looking for something easy and sweet to make especially non-chocolate. Most single serve desserts I can find are chocolate mug cakes, and I have a recipe for that I already like. Opinions?

Maybe some rice pudding 🤔 I think you can easily scale it to 1 serving and use any type of milk
