Step 1
Put the rice and the sugar into a saucepan and add a little bit of milk. Bring to boil and immediately lower the heat to low.
Step 2
Gradually add the milk, little by little, whenever the mixture starts to thicken. Stir constantly.
Step 3
The mixture will significantly increase its volume which is why you should use larger pan in the first place.
Step 4
It will take approximately 45 minutes to cook and 750ml of milk.
