This summer is crazy hot! I live in small apartment and trying not to cook/bake because it makes it even more unbereable. I make some super simple recipes that don't require cooking but happy to hear what works for you because I'm tired of mine 😁

I am part Vietnamese so I LOVE noodle salads! So fresh with rice noodles, herbs, crunchy veggies. This one is with grilled pork but you can literally sub anything. Rotisserie chicken, baked tofu, grilled fish - the main thing is noodles, veggies, and the fish sauce dressing!
