Thank you for your question! Everyday ingredients are a bit different for everyone. It will be different for someone who follows a vegan diet or a paleo diet. I'll answer your question from a Mediterranean eating style, the most anti-inflammatory way of eating. The best everyday foods for gut health are: • All the vegetables and fruits with skin on (for fibre & a variety of nutrients) • Multiseed sourdough bread or crackers (the seeds are high in fibre & healthy fats) • Avocado, olives, extra virgin olive oil, nuts and seeds (for healthy fats & nutrients) • Bone broth (for the minerals, amino acids and collagen to strengthen the gut lining) • Wild-caught small fish (for healthy fats and amino acids Hope this helps you!
