Looking for kumara and oca recipes.

Here in New Zealand they have kumara which are somewhat similar to a sweet potato but a little more starchy like a regular potatoes. They also have ocas which are also similar to sweet potatoes. Please share some sweet and savory kumara and oca recipes. Thanks

Kumara and ‘chorizo’ tacos

Thanks Art. I made some kumara tacos last week and did a version of chorizo with tofu. I actually have an amazing chorizo recipe on here using TVP but I haven’t found dried ancho chilies here yet. Also my Vitamix is still floating in the pacific somewhere. Should be here in a couple weeks hopefully🤞. I appreciate the recipe. I hope the latex business is going well for you lol
