I make oatmeal with oat milk! Seems redundant but actually still super good. I love this recipe because you make it salty with the sea salt flakes but then balance it with maple syrup. Other breakfast things I do are more simple like avocado toast - sourdough bread with avocado, lemon, salt, and crushed pepper, or an almond butter toast with sea salt and maple syrup (and sometimes some chili flakes! I love sweet and spicy). Smoothies are also a good option (again I choose oat milk, but I’ve sometimes made my own hemp milk for extra protein!).
