Can anyone recommend best healthy source of electrolytes?

It's constantly high temperature out here and I'm doing some physical labor these days and I feel dehydrated. I do drink water but still feel I'm lacking something, can anyone help?

Stay away from what is it, Smart Water, the flavored stuff, lots of sugar. If you can't do Gatorade or Powerade, I've read that coconut water is supposed to be good. I also drink aloe vera juice, or add it to my green tea/cranberry juice mix. Not a lot of flavor on its own, but watch the manufacturers. Some of them load the sugar count.

I think the best option is cow's milk. 🐄 its full of potassium, sodium and calcium, as well as carbs and protein. Also these characteristics make milk a better post workout drink than sports drinks. 🙂
