hi there! so I have made this recipe, and there weren't very many choices at my heb so I just bought some regular sour cream. I did see some called vegan sour cream called tofutti that I was going to get. It is pretty much just tofu, but I think that this would work in this recipe because of how creamy tofu can get and using sour cream just gave it a creamy texture. I will have to make this again with the vegan cream cheese to see if it is any different. But this is a very good recipe!
