yes! I cook a version of this at home, and I fry it for like 5-7 minutes to or until it's golden brown. I even cook it in the air fryer, and the pork still gets cooked inside :)

i made pork dumplings last night and i was surprised at how fast the filling cooked! On my next batch I cooked them for waaaay less time (to get a crispier finish) and the filling was still well cooked.
