Instructions
Step 1
Prepare and mix ground pork, thinly sliced cabbage, chopped carrot. Further season the mixture with salt, sugar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and egg white (set egg yolk aside for sealing the wrapper later). Mix well until fully combined.
Bowl
Step 2
Remove egg roll wrapper from the package and lay flat on a chopping board/counter. Fold one corner of the wrapper inward, apply with a bit of egg yolk, further add a small amount (roughly 1tbs) of egg roll stuffing on that side, arrange the stuffing into a rectangular shape, Fold both left and right sides towards the center, start rolling the egg roll towards the other side. Dap some more egg yolk at the other end, continue to roll up until egg roll is fully sealed and closed. Repeat this motion with the rest of egg rolls.

Heat up cooking oil in a sauce pan, when the temperature is right ( use a chopstick to see if it starts to bubble),throw in egg rolls to deep fry on medium heat for 5-7 minutes (flip during this process) until golden brown. Remove the egg rolls from hot oil to drain.

Serve with or without a dipping sauce.
