Has anyone found the perfect quantity of the spices, as Jamie Oliver doesn’t specify. I guess it’s just personal preference.

Thank you Emma, yes this recipe is delicious and was very easy to cook. And thanks for your recommendation, I do think it is based on personal preferences, may take one or two tries before I cook it perfectly but was delicious anyway.
