Do you prefer cranberry sauce or gravy for Thanksgiving? Or both?

Impossible choice! I must have both. Attaching my favorite gravy recipe - it’s vegetarian so everyone can enjoy it (but meat eaters love it, too) and super easy to make ahead of time (I try and do as much in advanced as possible!)

Both for sure, but I love cranberry sauce just the way the package says to make it. Cranberries, sugar & water. That's it! However, Dana's recipe above definitely looks like something I'll have to try! :)

@Amy - the classic bag recipe is also great!! Honestly, the champagne isnt totally necessary (can also use Prosecco or just water!) but I do like the addition of currants for some extra texture!
