Hi Rach, I just have terrible ADHD and consistency issues and I'm the person who posted the recipe, I am letting you know the dish was not cooled correctly as you didn't enjoy it. But I don't think you will try it again so that's fine. If you do, make your pan very hot to ensure it's a sear cook and not a steam cook as in the photo.

Two things can exist at the same time. You clearly didn't cook it as per the method and also you didn't like the end result.
