I've been looking for a healthy and quick breakfast item, and I think this hits it because we usually have all these ingredients on hand anyway. I didn't use an overly ripe banana, which wasn't super sweet. However, the smoothie seemed sweet enough to me. I didn't think it was overly thick, either. I drank it from my Tervis cup with a straw easily.
Edit: add a little honey (2 tsp) to sweeten this. I realize it’s not vegan then but it perfected the blend for me!!
