I used this recipe as a jumping off point as i had most of the ingredients but instead I:
-browned chicken breast in the instant pot
-added diced carrot, celery and mushrooms
-added half a L of chicken stock
-Pressure cooked for 9 minutes
-I then made a roux with butter, four and milk
-I added the gnocchi on the sautéed function for a few minutes then mixed in the sauce and the shredded chicken.
It was really nice, very comforting, we all had extras. Not really low effort this way but prob took 40 mins all in all with hands on cooking about 15 mins.
