Used base recipe with pancetta, then added garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil and a tbsp butter to grease. Added pasta water, 1/4 C white wine, and a bit of cornstarch and chicken broth to thicken. Boiled and added to pasta- tossed with pancetta and grated parmesan. Served with lemon chicken breast
