Took a lot more flour than recipe indicated. Makes 2 12" crusts. Nice elastic dough, easy to roll out. Good taste but not fabulous. But then I didn't let it rest.

I definitely agree on it taking more flower than the recipe suggests, especially when rolling out the dough.
