This is super easy and really good. I had some Mexican rice in the fridge so I added it. I made a double batch and added about 2/3 bag of Uncle Bens mex rice. I baked them a little longer and they got med brown and crispy. A few of the kids picked them up to eat them. We’ll add this one to the rotation for sure.
