Tasted great, even better because it was simple. I let it cook for a little longer after the cheese as I wanted the sauce to be a little thicker. I added some Italian herbs and smoked paprika just before adding the spinach too. And I used a stock cube diluted in water to substitute the broth.
I must admit, I was a little worried about not cooking the pasta in water first as Iād never done that before but all was well.
