This was delicious! My son (10) absolutely loved it and said "OMG, wow! This is the best shrimp I've had in a long time!" Nicely seasoned with a little bit of spice, but not too hot. Quick & easy dinner.
*Update:
We love this so much that I've made it again multiple times since! Added pic- cooked with roasted potatoes & zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper & red onion, all tossed in olive oil, salt & pepper, lil garlic powder, & herbs. (Veggies bought as pre-cut mix to save time.) I did them all in the oven at the same temp as the shrimp cooks, 425. The potatoes for about 35 mins & veggies for about 25 mins, then put the shrimp in for the last 6-7 mins. Everything was perfectly tender & so yummy that we had no leftover shrimp!
