I made this with a pre seasoned pork loin with blackpeper and such. I added a bit more before cooking. I put tinfoil on the bottom of air fryer to hold the extra oil to let it sit and cook in the juices. It worked!!! The most moist pork I ever had and still super soft and moist reheated in microwave day later. I paired with potatoes, and I used an avocado ranch sauce from the store. It was die and go to heaven good.
